# **Terms of Service**

Last updated: September 2026 • Applies to all AllMyLittleApps SaaS services

## **§ 1 Scope & Subject Matter**

(1) These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the **AllMyLittleApps** software-as-a-service platform ("Service") provided by the operator to the customer ("User").

(2) AllMyLittleApps is a unified mobile analytics platform designed for aggregating and synchronizing metrics from Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and RevenueCat.

## **§ 2 Registration & 14-Day Free Trial**

(1) Using AllMyLittleApps requires the creation of an account.

(2) Every new user receives a **14-day free trial** with full feature access. No credit card or payment information is required to start the trial.

(3) The free trial does **not automatically convert** into a paid subscription. If you do not choose a plan, your account will be frozen without any automatic charges.

## **§ 3 Service Delivery & Security**

(1) All store credentials (Apple .p8 keys, GCP service account JSONs, RevenueCat tokens) are stored using application-level **AES-256-GCM encryption**.

(2) All application servers and databases are hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centers by **Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany**.

## **§ 4 Payments & Stripe Billing**

(1) Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via **Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.**

(2) Plan upgrades and downgrades are prorated to the exact second. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time with 1 click in the billing portal.

## **§ 5 Governing Law**

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
